These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jayw9 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://jayw9.net, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, account services, and customer support functions available therein.

By creating an account, logging in to an existing account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the jayw9 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension pending resolution.

jayw9 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of payment channels commonly used in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳).

Withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Accounts that have not completed identity verification may experience extended processing times. jayw9 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing a withdrawal where the transaction is flagged by anti-fraud monitoring systems.

Anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. jayw9 applies anti-money laundering procedures to all accounts. Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. You must not use jayw9 as a mechanism for transferring funds between payment methods or third parties. Any account suspected of being used for money laundering or related financial crime will be suspended immediately and reported to relevant authorities.

Currency. All transactions are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). If you initiate a transaction from a non-BDT source, conversion fees may apply and will be borne solely by you. jayw9 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion charges applied by your payment provider.

jayw9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include but are not limited to: a welcome deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000, weekly reload bonuses, cashback on net losses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The availability, value, and terms of specific promotions may vary and are subject to change at the sole discretion of jayw9.

Wagering requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise in its individual terms, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means you must wager the bonus amount — or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified — a defined number of times before any funds derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal. Claiming bonuses. You are under no obligation to accept any bonus. Where a bonus is credited automatically upon deposit, you may contact jayw9 support to have it removed from your account before wagering commences. Once wagering on a bonus has begun, the bonus cannot be reversed or converted to cash below the stated wagering threshold.

Bonus abuse. jayw9 has zero tolerance for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: the creation of multiple accounts to claim a new-player bonus more than once; placing opposing bets (also known as "hedge betting") across accounts or with other platforms to guarantee profit from a bonus; using systematic betting patterns that exploit bonus mechanics in a manner inconsistent with good-faith participation. Where bonus abuse is detected, jayw9 reserves the right to void the bonus balance, remove associated winnings, and close the account without prior notice.

Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry date, which is stated in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated wagering progress that have not been completed before the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Disputed outcomes. If you believe a game outcome or bet settlement is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with jayw9 support within 72 hours of the disputed event. jayw9 will investigate using available game logs, round histories, and third-party studio records. The outcome of that investigation is final and binding. Disputes raised after 72 hours may not be investigated.

Technical malfunctions. jayw9 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical malfunctions, server outages, internet connectivity failures on the player's end, or software errors that result in the display of incorrect odds or game states. Bets placed during a confirmed technical malfunction may be voided at jayw9's discretion, with stakes returned to the player's wallet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jayw9. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and in serious cases permanent closure with forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account under your own or any other identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, identity verification, or at any other point during your use of the platform;
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets, interact with games, or access the platform in a manner not consistent with genuine human play;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Players who discover a bug are required to report it to jayw9 support immediately and must not exploit it for profit;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker variants;
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation software to disguise your geographic location or true identity when accessing the platform;
• Engaging in money laundering or using jayw9 accounts as a mechanism to transfer, layer, or integrate funds of illicit origin;
• Depositing funds using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jayw9 support staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Reproducing, publishing, or transmitting any jayw9 content — including odds data, game content, or software — without prior written authorisation.

jayw9 reserves the right to pursue civil and criminal legal remedies against players whose prohibited conduct causes financial harm to the platform or its users.

Voluntary closure. You may close your jayw9 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing support@jayw9.net. Upon receiving your request, jayw9 will process the closure within one business day. Any verified cash balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

Involuntary suspension. jayw9 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an account at any time without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• A suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms;
• A withdrawal or deposit transaction triggers an AML alert requiring investigation;
• jayw9 receives a legal or regulatory instruction to freeze account activity;
• Account credentials appear to have been compromised, and suspension is applied in the player's own interest pending re-verification;
• The account belongs to a player who has been identified as having self-excluded from any platform.

Permanent closure for breach. In cases of confirmed material breach — including fraud, money laundering, collusion, or operation of multiple accounts — jayw9 reserves the right to close an account permanently and forfeit all balances held therein, including verified cash balances. In such cases, jayw9 will retain records of the breach and may share relevant information with payment service providers, other operators, or law enforcement as required.

Self-exclusion closure. Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons may do so at any time by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods begin at a minimum of six months and may extend indefinitely. Upon self-exclusion, your account is closed to new deposits, bets, and logins. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jayw9's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your jayw9 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jayw9 expressly excludes liability for the following categories of loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of business, contracts, or commercial opportunities;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss, regardless of whether jayw9 was advised of the possibility of such loss;
• Losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or others) operating outside jayw9's direct control;
• Losses arising from force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications network failures, government actions, civil unrest, or pandemic-related disruptions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jayw9's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Gambling risk acknowledgement. You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit on the platform. jayw9 does not guarantee that you will win any particular wager or that any betting strategy will be profitable. The platform is provided as a form of paid entertainment, not as a financial product or investment vehicle.

jayw9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, updates to platform features and services, changes to payment processing arrangements, or adjustments to responsible gaming policy.

When material changes are made to these Terms, jayw9 will:
